Luggage CareFree Oy ("Luggage CareFree", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in Finland, providing luggage transport, storage, and locker services through partner hotels, partner locations, and managed facilities. These Terms govern the use of our website, platform, and services. By using our services or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Luggage CareFree provides services including but not limited to:

• Collection of customer luggage from partner hotels or locations
• Transportation of luggage to designated storage facilities
• Locker-based and monitored storage services
• Temporary luggage holding and retrieval services

Services may be provided directly by Luggage CareFree or through authorized partner locations and operators.

Customers must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. The customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate booking information
• Ensuring lawful use of the service
• Following all instructions and safety requirements
• Ensuring that stored items comply with these Terms

By completing a booking, the customer represents and warrants that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. The customer agrees to comply with all applicable safety, security, and transportation regulations, including rules concerning prohibited, restricted, or dangerous items. The customer shall not store or transport any illegal, hazardous, explosive, flammable, perishable, or otherwise prohibited items.

If the customer provides false or misleading information, or violates safety requirements, Luggage CareFree reserves the right to refuse, suspend, terminate, or reverse the service. Luggage may be returned to the sender at the customer's expense. In addition, Luggage CareFree reserves the right to charge a contractual penalty of EUR 150.

All bookings must be made through the Luggage CareFree platform or authorized channels. Prices are displayed during booking and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before service execution.

Cancellation policies are provided during booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the stated policy and applicable consumer protection laws. No refunds are granted for misuse, prohibited items, or customer non-compliance.

Customers are solely responsible for placing, securing, and retrieving their property within the booking period. In case of access or operational issues, customers must contact support immediately. Locker premises may be subject to video surveillance in accordance with applicable laws.

The following items are strictly prohibited from being stored or transported. By completing a booking you confirm that none of the below apply to your luggage:

• Illegal substances / drugs
• Weapons and explosives
• Flammable or toxic materials / solvents
• Cash, securities, or valuables / jewellery
• Perishable goods / food
• Live animals
• Fragile items

Luggage CareFree is not responsible for normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic damage, indirect or consequential losses, or loss caused by force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We recommend that customers maintain adequate personal travel or property insurance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved primarily through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Finnish courts.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with trusted third parties only when necessary — such as payment providers, IT service providers, and authorities where required by law. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected.
